They Listened and Responded

If you’ve been following this blog you probably read of my problems getting a storage/utility shed from CSN Sheds and then my satisfaction with the shed itself when we re-ordered it from Amazon. I’m one to let a company know when I’m satisfied with their products as well as dissatisfied so I sent an email to customer service of Suncast Sheds telling them how happy I am with their product and I also sent the links to the 2 blog posts I’d written concerning the item.

Imagine my surprise today when I received the following response from Suncast.

I also forwarded your message to both Sales and Marketing and the Advertising directors for their consideration. Good will come of this, I am sure. We wish you years of satisfied use from your new purchase, too.

It’s a good feeling knowing someone actually read my email. Their response also showed me that they took the time to click on the links and read the blog posts. This is the type of company I wouldn’t mind doing business with in the future but I don’t have the need for any more storage sheds.
